oh and i just received news yesterday from the national arts council that my work has been shortlisted to be showcased at the ueno royal museum in japan! in conjunction with the 10th High School Arts Festival in Japan.

I've always wanted to travel round Singapore with a friend, hopefully with a sustainable budget.
to take in the sights and sounds of what we might have missed.
along with a camera, an extra set of clothes - if there might ever be a chance we might take a dip- and a open heart.

and maybe head down to Dempsey to have a look, oh and not forgetting this shop -Brazilian Churrascaria By Mamma Lucia -at Robertson walk that sells frozen pasta that can be bought home to cook at your own time.

oh and I've been meaning to take a trip down to black jacks. not really to purchase anything in particular. they sell cult international labels such as Edwin, Sass & Bide, Dsquared2 and Trovata. however a trip down black jack often means spending an obscene amount of dough to look sloppy. - in a fashionable way of course.

island creamery! that's a place I've wanted to pop into for a very long time i heard that they have local flavours like teh tarik, and the cakes look awesome!

- come to think of it. actually Azabu Sabo Hokkaido Ice Cream Shop at central offers milk tea flavour too. milk tea/ teh tarik. whats the difference if it's ice cream? -

i heard that they have quite a variety of good food from Australia.(: can't Wait to try out their cookies. :D

talking bout cookies. Mrs fields recently launched a new product in the market!
i mean like i know how much most of us actually loves cookies and it's usually hard to fork out a few bucks for a piece of cookie at their outlets.

but fret no more! they now offer packaged cookies at a affordable price! only $7 for 8 at isetan supermarket. it's rad. (:

gave Nafa a ring today and guess what i found out.

they don't offer any co curriculum activities- that really sucks.
i was really looking forward to taking aprt in a sport in school like maybe canoeing or maybe dragon boating. i mean, anything is definatley better than nothing right?

my mom has been telling me that i should definately strive and do well once school starts putting into consideration that arts have always been my strongest subject.

but there are bound to be other designers out there who posses better skills and will start to bring in all new ideas to the table.

went over to allience fracaise for lessons only to find out later that i've forgotten to have my homework completed *crap

went for lunch at wisma with melanie after class. showed her some local crusine since she's just go to know singapore.

and i realised that she has a strong love for vintage and 2nd hand stuff, but she finds them really expensive to purchase in singapore. i totally understand what she meant, i mean like have you been to dejavu vintage located at cathay? the bermudas are like whoo.

made my way over to newurbanmale for my 2nd round of interview at devonshire rd and waited for a really really long time.

and when i reached there i made some new friends! meet desmond and sky. and david.

you know the brand davidandgoliath? yep.

they have this really huge and oversized doll of david and i was playing with it and it was a conversation between desmond, daivd and i. (:
